I love Edna! There is an amazing cake decorator/sugar artist, and she makes beautiful cakes, but she also teaches a lot, and she has put a ton of videos on You Tube teaching how to make flowers, and all sorts of things. They're really easy to follow, and they're made so that even a beginner can make stuff. Here is a rose that I made after watching her videos!
